The Medusa Project is a laboratory experiment exploring the possibility of bringing to life artificial organisms with underwater characteristics and an alien-like imagination.

Inspired by the diversity of cnidarian life and bioluminescence, we experiment with soft robotics to conceive futuristic, science-fiction creatures in the form of organic and luminous automata.

Through computational design, digital fabrication, electronics, and creative programming using open-source software, we are a team of artists building interactive experiences and wearables featuring organisms of a hybrid organic-technological nature.
